Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may submit a refund request through our website within 5 days of your purchase date.
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
1. Open your email account
2. Send an email to cabellocustomers@gmail.com, with the subject Refund Request
3. Provide your order details, your mobile number (for WhatsApp) reasons for a refund request and your address so we pick up your returned products
4. Send your message and we will respond within 24 hours to arrange a return and process your refund.
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message along with a refund receipt. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to appear in your mobile money/bank account.
To return your item(s), please package them securely and wait for our logistics team to pick up the products. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process the refund within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your mobile money, bank or credit card issuer.
